AUBURN, Ala. — The Auburn community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of Jennifer Cooper, a cherished mother, entrepreneur, and former educator who died Tuesday morning following a tragic traffic accident. The crash occurred around 8 a.m. CST at the intersection of East University Drive and Alfa Court, involving Ms. Cooper’s vehicle and a school bus. First responders arrived quickly, but despite their immediate efforts, she was pronounced deceased at 8:09 a.m. by Lee County Coroner Daniel Sexton.
Jennifer, a proud Alabama native, was known for her deep roots in the community and the passion she carried into every aspect of her life. She spent many years in education, where she inspired students with her kindness, dedication, and genuine love for learning. After leaving the classroom, she transitioned into entrepreneurship, building a respected business that reflected her creativity, drive, and commitment to serving others.
